26 Furnival Street - Midtown and Rye Ltd
Formerly The Castle public house just off Chancery Lane, the unit was part of a large hotel development and is now a self contained bar and restaurant that is proving to be extremely popular. The fitting out from an empty shell included new trade areas, bar servery, toilets, kitchen, cellar and associated accommodation. With an urban feel and the use of reclaimed panelling the operator is successfully achieving busy daytime trade as well as evening customers for a more relaxed experience. Design I.D have been employed by this independent operator on many projects with continued success, and this latest project appears to maintain this pattern.
