Mayville Mews - Mayville Mews Developments Ltd

New residential development a brown field site consisting of two detached and three adjoined houses, including all infrastructure. Access was achieved to this land locked site through demolition of an existing dwelling to achieve the development potential and create a sought after residential Mews development. Design I.D designed the overall site layouts as as the individual units and on receipt of the necessary planning approvals produced the fully detailed working drawings including full infrastructure details. Fully rendered CGI artists impressions were produced to sell the units 'off plan'.​​
